Lady is an outstanding companion and hunting dog, her first years of her life were spent hunting wild birds all across the country. When we were introduced to the world of Field Trialing, Lady adapted well. She began her trial career competing in the NSTRA venue quickly becoming a 1x NSTRA champion (trained by Sixxem Kennels). When we switched our focus to horseback trials, Lady again adapted very well, accumulating several placements in this venue. Her pedigree is five star, both her sire and dam have national championship titles. Lady has proven herself to be a prolific producer and our "blue hen". Lady's 2008 litter produced Joker, and the 2011 National Open Gun Dog champion FC/AFC Llanos Big Bad "Betty" and two other national caliber competitors 1x CH. FC/ AFC Sixxems A Cut Above "Sadie", 1x CH. FC/AFC I'm "Maddie". Lady also produced the 2011 GSPCA national futurity winner Keg Creeks Colorado "Cowboy". When she is not hunting, Lady spends her time curled up on the couch, she is a wonderful companion.
